Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, quotations, and invoices
- Assist in daily office operations
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Data entry and record keeping
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word / Excel)
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently
- Able to communicate in English, Malay, and/or Chinese is an advantage
